PLACED ON 1ST READING ~ REFERRED TO THE <br />CON[1MITTEE OF THE WHOLE 11/6/00. <br />PLACED ON 2ND READING 11/20/00. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 67-00 BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, <br /> George, Roth, Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of <br />the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City with respect to certain property <br />as hereinafter set forth and described as 1470 Marlowe Avenue (PP# 314-07-028) and 1474 Marlowe <br />Avenue (PP# 314-07-027). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE cTr~ OF LAKEVVOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Sectionl. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City <br />from RiH, Single-Family, high' density, Residential District to C2, Commercial, retail, Business for the <br />properties at 1470 Marlowe Avenue (PP# 314-07-028) and 1474 Marlowe Avenue (PP# 314-07-027) <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> PP# 314-07-028 - Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio <br />and known as being all of Sublot No. 229 in the Genck Realty company's Lakewood Subdivision of part of <br />Original Rockport Township Section No. 22, as shown by the re(~orded plat in Volume 35 of Maps, Page 26 <br />of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 65 feet front on the Westerly side of Marlowe Avenue and <br />extending back 121.67 feet on the Northerly line, 122.35 feet on the Southerly line, and having a rear line <br />of 45.01 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br /> PP# 314-07-027 - Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio <br />and known as being all of Sublot No. 230 in the Genck Realty Company's Lakewood Subdivision of part of <br />Original Rockport Township Section No. 22, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 35 of Maps, Page 26 <br />of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 45 feet front on the Westerly side of Marlowe Avenue, 120 99/100 <br />feet deep on the Northerly line, 121 67/100 feet deep on the Southerly line and 45 feet in the rear as <br />appears by said plat:, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Director of Planning a nd Development is hereby authorized and directed <br />to make the reclassification change on the zoning map of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, in order to reflect the <br />amendment designated in Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br />such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
