CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO <br /> <br />Section 6. That there be appropriated from Internal Service Funds: <br /> HospitaliZation Fund $ 2,780,000 <br /> Workers' Compensation Fund 783,000 <br /> General Liab. Self Insurance Fund 50,000 <br /> Recreation Self Insurance Fund 243,512 <br /> Total Internal Service Funds $ 3,856,512 <br /> <br /> Section 7. That the following summary of appropriations shall govern expenditures of <br />the City of Lakewood for fiscal year 2001 subject to any additions and/or changes: <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF APPROPRIATIONS <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Debt Service Fund <br />Capital Projects Funds <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Internal Service Funds <br />Total Appropriations <br /> <br />36,118,563 <br />15,566,449 <br />6,540,893 <br />4,234,597 <br />18,835,443 <br />3,856,512 <br />85~152~457 <br /> <br />Section 8. All encumbrances from the prior fiscal year shall be carried forward. <br /> <br /> Section 9. All revenues projected and budgeted are reflected in the proposed budget <br />document. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw checks upon the <br />City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are <br />presented, properly approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is <br />incurred, providing the President of Council or his/her designees shall approve all claims of the <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> Section 11. In accordance with Article III, Section 14, of the Charter of the City of <br />Lakewood, Council hereby determines that the manner of giving notice of the passage of this <br />ordinance is to be by posting copies hereof for a period of not less than fifteen (15) days in not <br />less than five (5) of the most public places in the City, which places have been determined by <br />Council in Ordinance No. 55-59. <br /> <br /> Section 12. It is found and determined that alt formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council <br />and of any of its committees, that resulted in such formal actions, were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legat requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 13. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the <br />reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br /> President of Council <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
