Section 5. That there be appropriated from Intemal Service Funds: <br /> <br /> Hospitalization Fund $ 750,000 <br /> General Uab. Self ~'nsurance Fund 50,000 <br /> Recreation Self Insurance Fund 10,000 <br /> Workers' Compensation Fund 10(~,000 <br /> <br />Total Internal Service Funds <br /> <br />$ 5,491,000 <br /> <br />$ 910,000 <br /> <br /> Section 7. That further all existing encumbrances in all funds of the City of <br />Lakewood shall be carded forward. <br /> <br /> Section 8. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to <br />draw checks upon the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance <br />whenever claims are presented, properly approved by the head of the department for <br />which the indebtedness is Incurred. <br /> <br /> Section 9. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Coundl and of any of its committees, that resulted in such formal <br />actions, were In meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 10. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />for the reasons stated In the preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Coundl, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Nayor; otherwise, it shall take effect <br />and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />Cl~of Coun <br /> May~ <br /> <br /> <br />
