That the City of Lakewood hereby agrees that the County shall be <br />and is hereby saved harmless from any and all damages or claims <br />thereof arising from or growing out of the certification or <br />obligations made or agreed to in Sections F- ¡, 2, G- ¡, 3 and 4 <br />hereinabove. <br />3. For the purpose of this Agreement, the agent for the County and <br />liaison officer on the matter contained herein shall be the County <br />Engineer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and lor such members of his <br />staff as he may designate. <br /> <br />1. That the Mayor of the City of Lakewood is hereby empowered and <br />directed on behaif of the City to enter into agreements with the <br />County necessary to complete the planning and construction of this <br />Improvement. _ <br />2. That the Mayor of the City of Lakewood is hereby empowered and <br />directed on behalf of the City to make application to the Cuyahoga <br />County Board of CommisSioners for approval to use County Motor <br />Vëhicle License Tax Funds for the improv~ment. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Councii is hereby directed to forward a <br />certified copy of this Ordinance to the County Engineer of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Councii, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its adoption an.d approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall <br />take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Section 4.
