PLACED ON 1ST READING & REFERRED TO <br />FINANCE COMMITTEE 4/16/ 01. <br />PLACED ON 2ND READING 5/7/01. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2~-o~ <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, Roth, <br />Seelie, Skindell, Smith. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to adjust appropriations for expenditures in the Drug Enforcement Fund <br />for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2001. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the fund balance is sufficient to support the appropriations below; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, these funds are necessary to reimburse the Division of Police for overtime <br />expenditures as a result of a complex and lengthy investigation; now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to increase <br />appropriations in the following fund by the amount stated below: <br /> <br />Drug Enforcement Fund <br /> <br />$ 9,803 <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Director of Rnance be and he is hereby authorized to draw checks upon <br />the City depositories for the amounts appropriated in this ordinance whenever claims are <br />presented properly, approved by the head of the department for which the indebtedness is <br />incurred, providing the President of Council shall approve all claims for City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3, It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and <br />that all Such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Clerk (~f C~I <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
