AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Hap of the City with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described as 1371 Belie Avenue (PP# 312-17-139). BE TI' ORDAINED BY THE CTTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City from R2, Single-and Two-Family, Residential District to C2, Commercial, retail, Business for the Property at 1371 Belle Avenue (PP# 312-17-139) described as follows: PP# 312-17-139 - Situated in'the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being all of Sublot No. 49 in the Wieber Rhodes & Bells Subdivision of part of Original Rockport TOwnship Section 22, as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 25 of Haps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records, as appears by said plat. Section 2. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby authorized and directed to make the reclassification change on the zoning map 'of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, in order to reflect the amendment designated in Section i of this Ordinance. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage Of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 4. allowed by law. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period Adopted: Preside/nt Mayor
