1163.09 SEVERAB]:LTrY <br />If any section, subsection, or .clause of this Chapter shall be deemed to be unconstitutional or <br />otherwise invalid, the validity of the remaining sections, subsections, and clauses shall not be <br />affected. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
