777.24 CHANGE ZN INFORMATZON. <br /> <br />During the pendency of any application for, or during the term of, any Sexually Oriented Business <br />license, the applicant or licensee shall promptly notify the Health Commissioner in writing of any <br />change in any material information given by the applicant or licensee in the application for such <br />license, including specifically, but without limitation, any change in managers of the Sexually <br />Oriented Business establishment or in the individuals identified in the application pursuant to this <br />Chapter; or if any of the events constituting grounds for suspension or revocation pursuant to this <br />Chapter occur. <br /> <br />Section 2. Any establishment in operation on the effective date of this Ordinance that is <br />considered a Sexually Oriented Business or adult motel under the terms of this Ordinance will be <br />subject to the terms of this Ordinance as of the effective date of this Ordinance. Any such <br />establishment must submit an a pplicaUon for a Sexually Oriented Business license pursuant to this <br />Ordinance within sixty (60) days of its effective date. Any establishment for which a Sexually <br />Oriented Business liCense application is submitted within the required sixty (60) day period will be <br />permitted to operate, subject to compliance with the non-licensing provisions of this Ordinance, <br />pending review of the license application and any appeal of a license denial. <br /> <br />Section 3. Any person acting, on the effective date of this Ordinance, as an employee in an <br />establishment that is considered a Sexually Odented Business or adult motel under the terms of <br />this Ordinance, will be subject to the terms of this Ordinance as of the effective date of this <br />Ordinance. Any such person must submit an application for a Sexually Oriented Business <br />employee license pursuant to this Ordinance within sixty (60) days of its effective date. Any <br />person who has submitted an application for a-Sexually Oriented Business employee license within <br />the required sixty (60) day pedod, will be permitted to continue acting as an employee in an <br />establishment that is considered a Sexually Oriented Business or adult motel, subject to <br />compliance with the non-licensing provisions of this Ordinance, pending review of the license <br />application and any appeal of a license denial. <br /> <br />Section 4. All ordinances, parts of ordinances, chapters, sections, subsections, clauses, phrases <br />or sentences contained in the City of Lakewood Codified Ordinances that conflict with this <br />Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 5. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the adoption of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Coundl, and <br />that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements, including <br />[}121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br /> <br />Section 6.
