12650 Detroit Avenue · 44107 · 216/521-7580 <br /> <br />June 20, 2001 <br /> <br />Lakewood City Council <br />Lakewood, OH 44107 <br /> <br />Re: FINAL REPORT OF THE BOARD OF REVISION OF ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />To the Council of the City-of Lakewood: <br /> <br />The undersigned, constituting the Board of Revision of Assessment of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />respectfully report that on June 20, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lakewood City Hall Auditorium a hearing <br />was held to hear all objections' concerning the estimated assessments for the improvement of Forest <br />Road in accordance with Resolution 7545-01, passed on May 2:[, 200:[, declaring the necessity of said <br />improvement. <br /> <br />We find that the estimated assessments for this improvement do not exceed, as to each lot or parcel of <br />land, the benefits conferred thereon, and the necessity of the improvement and the estimated <br />assessments provided on the Schedule of Preliminary Assessments as amended, and received on June 4, <br />200:[ and now on file in the office of the Clerk of Council are hereby approved. <br /> <br />We find that if prior to commencement of the project, property owners provide receipts as evidence of <br />apron and/or sidewalk replacement within the last five (5) years, they shall be credited an amount equal <br />to 20% of the value of the improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
