Section 6.2. Any approval of'the County required by this Agreement shall not be <br />unreasonably withheld and shall be deemed to have been given on the thirtieth day following the <br />submission of the matter requiring approval to the County Administrator of the County unless <br />disapproved in writing prior to such thirtieth day. Any provision of the Agreement requiring the <br />approval of the County or the satisfaction or evidence of satisfaction of the County, shall be <br />interpreted as requiring action by the County Administrator of the County granting, authorizing <br />or expressing such approval or satisfaction, as the case may be, unless such provision expresslY <br />provides otherwise. <br /> <br /> Section 6.3. This Agreement shall become effective as of the Agreement Date and <br />shall continue in full force and effect until all obligations of the LPE under Section 4.1 hereof <br />have been fullY satisfied. <br /> <br /> Section 6.4. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the <br />parties hereto and to any person, office, board, department, agency, municipal corporation, or <br />body politic and corporate succeeding by operation of law to the powers and duties of either of <br />the parties hereto. To the extent that the County borrows a portion of the cost of the Project <br />from either or both the WPCLF or the Brownfield Loan Fund, the State shall be a third party <br />beneficiary under this Agreement as necessary to protect its interests herein. This Agreement <br />shall not be assigned by the LPE without the prior written consent of the County. The County, at <br />its option, may assign this Agreement without the consent of the LPE. <br /> <br />B-15 <br /> <br /> <br />
