ARTICLE II - ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY INTERESTS IN PROJECT SITE AND <br />RIGHTS OF ACCESS THERETO <br /> <br /> Section 2.1. The LPE shall acquire, to the extent not already owned by the LPE, <br />all real estate and interests in real estate and all personal property constituting the Project Site, <br />free and clear of all liens and encumbrances except (i) taxes and assessments, not delinquent, (ii) <br />easements and restrictions of record, (iii) zoning ordinances, and (iv)any liens and encumbrances <br />consented to by the County. <br /> <br /> Section 2.2. The LPE agrees that the County and its duly authorized agents shall <br />have the right at all reasonable times to enter upon the Project Site and to examine and inspect the <br />same. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br /> <br />
