Except for the warranties of title set forth in the General Warranty Deed <br />.attached and incorporated herein, Eugene Erhardt makes no further warranties <br />or 'representations with respect to the subject property (PPg 312-33-017) <br />located at 11726-28 Detroit Avenue and 1385-87 Hird Avenue, Lakewood, <br />Ohio. The City agrees to purchase said property in an "as is" Condition. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The City will prepare all legal documents and incur all closing costs necessary <br />to perform and complete the provisions of this Agreement. Furthermore, the <br />City will file and record all necessary legal documents pursuant to this <br />Agreement at the sole expense of the City. <br /> <br />No later than midrdght October 18, 2001 the City shall cause to be filed all the <br />necessary legal documentation to complete the transfer of title and further <br />cause the issuance of payment to Eugene Erhardt. <br /> <br />5.
