GENERAL WARRANTY DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the City of Lakewood, Ohio, ("Grantor"), a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, in consideration of Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars ($265,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, paid by Virginia Marti, Inc. d.b.a.
