12650 Detroit Avenue. 44107 · 216/521-7580 <br /> <br />September 12, 2001 <br /> <br />Lakewood City Council <br />Lakewood, Ohio 44107 <br /> <br />Re: FINAL REPORT OF 'iH E BOARD OF REVISION OF ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />To the Council of the City of Lakewood: <br /> <br />The undersigned, constitUting the Board of Revision of Assessment of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, <br />respectfully report that on September 12, 2001 at 5:30 p;m. in the Lakewood City Hall Auditorium, a <br />hearing was held to hear all objections concerning the estimated assessments for the improvement of <br />Homewood Drive in accordance with Resolution No. 7544-01, passed on May 21, 2001, declaring the <br />necessity of said improvement. <br /> <br />We find that the estimated assessments for this improvement do not exceed, as to each lot or parcel of <br />land, the benefits conferred thereon, and the necessity of the improvement and the estimated <br />assessments provided on the Schedule of Preliminary Assessments now on file in the office of the Clerk of <br />Council are hereby approved. <br /> <br />We find that if prior to commencement of the project, property owners provide receipts as evidence of <br />apron replacement within the last five (5)years, they shall be credited an amount equal to 20% of the <br />value of the improvement. <br /> <br /> r '~ <br /> <br />~ire~'tor of L~11T~ '' -' J <br />~J~rim Director of Finance <br /> <br /> Director of Public Wor~ <br /> <br /> <br />
