13 350.00 24 487.50 <br />14 362.50 25 500.00 <br />15 375.00 <br /> <br /> (d) A full'Ume hourly or salaried employee not covered by a collective <br />bargaining agreement who terminates his or her employment on a date which falls <br />between the determination dates set forth in subsection (c) hereof sha receive that <br />portion of longevity compensation to which he or she is entitled on a pro rata basis up <br />to the date of termination. <br /> <br /> (e) The compensat~onproVided for in this section shall be paid by the Director <br />of Finance as soon as possible after 3une 15 and December 15 of each year. <br /> <br />:L49.08 <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />VACATt'ONS, <br /> (1) Vacation time for all fulI-Ume permanent hourly employees <br /> and all annual salaried employees, other than mer6bers of the <br /> Divisions of Police and Fire shall be earned in one calendar year <br /> and taken in a subsequent year. Probationary employees shall <br /> receive no vacation time during their probationary period, but shall <br /> receive credit upon expiration of their probationary period for all <br /> time spent as a probationary employee. Vacation time earned <br /> duringthe first calendar year of employment shall be in accOrdance <br /> with the following schedule to reflect service time from the date of <br /> emPloyment to December 31 of that first year: <br /> <br />Houm of Service Vacation Hours Earned <br />240to439 8 <br />440to639 16 <br />640to839 24 <br />840to1039 32 <br />1040to1239 45 <br />1240to1439 48 <br />1440to1639 56 <br />1640to1839 64 <br />1840to2079 72 <br /> <br />All full-time permanent hourly employees and annual salaried <br />employees, other than .members of the Divisions of Police and Fire, <br />who have completed one' full year of service or more as of <br />December 31 of any given year shall be entitled to vacation in a <br />-subsequent year basedon the following schedule: <br /> <br />Full Years of Service <br />as of December 31 Vacation Hours Earned <br /> I thru 4 80 <br /> 5 thru 9 96 <br /> 10 thru 14 120 <br /> 15 thru 24 160 <br /> 25 thru over 200 <br /> <br />When a full-time permanent hourly or salaried employee terminates <br />his employment due to voluntary resignation, retirement or death, <br />vacation time earned during that year shall be prorated based on <br />the above schedules. <br />Members of the Divisions of Police and Rte shall be enUtled to a <br />vacation with pay after regular Ume service based on the <br />following table: <br /> <br />Reqular 'rime Service (Weeks} Vacation (Working Days) <br />6 1 <br />11 2 <br />16 3 <br />21 4 <br />26 5 <br />31 6 <br />36 7 <br />41 8 <br />46 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
