SECOND 1LEADING <br /> <br />12/3/01, <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 57-01 BY: Corrigan, FitzGerald, George, Roth, <br /> Seelie, Skindel~%, Smith. <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE authorizing the transfer of certain funds as appropriated <br />by Ordinance No. 69-00 adopted February 20, 2001. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five members elected thereto determines <br />that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall take effect <br />at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE III, SECI'IONS 10 and 13 of the <br />SECOND AHENDED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to <br />provide for the usual daily operation of the City in that the City must record all financial <br />transactions within the appropriate fiscal pedod. Now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1.
