Division of Building Inspection, and the City Engineer shall furnish the <br /> necessary technical advice and services required by the Board. <br /> <br />(Language that is struck through would be deleted and language in bold would <br />be inserted.) <br /> <br /> The Clerk of this Coundl is instructed immediately to file a certified copy <br />of this Ordinance and the proposed form of the ballot question with the County <br />Board of Elections not less than 60 days and not more than 120 days prior to <br />November 5, 2002. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That if the majority of electors vote in favor of adopting the <br />amendment b3 the Second Amended Charter of the C~y of Lakewood, it shall <br />become effective 3anuary :t, 2003. <br /> <br /> Section 5. [t is found and determined that all formal actions of this Coundl <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Coundl, and that all such deliberations of this Coundl <br />and of any of Es committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
