(d) "Emergency medical services person" is the singular of "emergency medical <br />services personnel" as defined in Ohio R,C. 2:[33,21, <br /> <br /> Section 2; It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />corn pliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />Mayor ./ <br /> <br /> <br />
