BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE CITY OP LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized and directed to execute the <br /> <br /> amended agreement creating the Westshore Council of Governments in the form and <br /> content presented to this Council, attached herewith, marked "Exhibit A" and made a <br /> part hereof, with any minor revisions and modifications desired by the other member <br /> Cities of the Westshore Council of Governments consistent with this ordinance as may <br /> be approved by the Director of Law. <br /> Section 2. That any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict <br /> herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that aN formal actions of this <br /> Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br /> open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of <br /> its committees that resulted in such format/ action were in meetings open to the public <br /> in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> Section 4. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br /> emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br /> property, health, safety and welfare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the <br /> City for the reasons set forth and defined in the preamble taof <br /> its member elected to <br /> provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) nits ado Lion <br /> Council, this ordinance rovall by the Mayor otherw se, it shafll ta~keeeffect and be in force <br /> by the Council and app <br /> after the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> aX,,1,~, ~ ' " ' , , <br /> ~ Uo <br /> Adopted:~a~ President <br /> 7~ <br /> Approved: Mayor <br /> <br />
