(h) No underage person shall knowingly possess or consume any Iow-alcohol <br />beverage in any public or pdvate place, unless accompanied by a parent, spouse who is <br />not an underage person, or legal guardian, or unless the Iow-alcohol beverage is given <br />by a physician in the regular line of the physician" practice or given for established <br />religious purposes. <br /> <br /> (i) No parent, spouse who is not an underage person, or legal guardian of an <br />underage person shall knowingly permit the underage person to violate this section. <br /> <br /> (j) Whoever violates any provision of this section for which no other penalty <br />is provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Whoever violates <br />subsection (b) hereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more <br />than one hundred dollars ($100.00). The court imposing a fine for a violation of <br />subsection (b) hereof may order that the fine be paid by the performance of public <br />work at a reasonable hourly rate established by the court. The court shall designate the <br />time within which the public work shall be completed. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Tt is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements, <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />Hayor // <br /> <br /> <br />
