The course of <br />conduct may involve one victim or more than one victim. <br /> <br /> (e) Whoever violates this section is guilty of taking the identity of another, a <br />misdemeanor of the first degree, provided the value of the credit, property, services, <br />debt, or other legal obligation involved in the violation or course of conduct is less than <br />five hundred dollars ($500.00). <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Coundl <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />President of Council <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
