Section 2. That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), <br /> the Director of Public Works, and the Director of Finance are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to enter into contracts as set forth above in <br /> amounts not to exceed the specified amounts without further action from <br /> Council; and to enter into contracts in excess of specified: amounts only <br /> upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying <br /> the authorized amount. <br /> Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 1. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br /> <br /> concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br /> meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br /> <br /> committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the .public in <br /> <br /> compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />
