Newly hired full-time employees shall be placed at a pay rate within the pay grade or level to which their classification has been assigned in accordance with the Administrative Employee Salary Administration Program Policy and Procedures. All full- time employees may advance through the pay grade in accordance with the Administrative Employee Salary Administration Program Policy and Procedures. Section 4.
