Improvements, contracts not to exceed the specified amounts shown, <br /> except as hereinafter provided: <br /> Lakewood Park Improvements $271,477 <br /> (Architectural, Engineering, Design) <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Pubiic Works is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to enter into contracts as set forth abave in amounts not to <br /> exceed the specified amounts without further action from Council; and to <br /> enter into contracts in excess of specified amounts only upon consent of <br /> Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying the authorized <br /> amount. <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br /> <br /> Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br /> <br /> open meeting of this Council, and that ali such deliberations of this Council and of any <br /> of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br /> public in compliance with all Iegai requirements. <br /> Section 3.
