That the Mayor (Director of~Pubiic Safety), the Director of <br />Public Works, and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into contracts as set forth above in~ amou6ts not to exceed the specified amounts <br />without further action from Council; 'and ~o enter into contracts in~ excess of specified <br />amounts only upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying <br />the authorized amount. <br /> <br /> Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Coundl; and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any <br />of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
