<br />Telecommunication Upgrade <br />City Hall Communications Tower <br />Cox Fiber Network <br /> <br />150,000 <br />60,000 <br />85,000 <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of <br />Public Works, and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into contracts as set forth above in amounts not to exceed the speCified amounts <br />without further action from Council; and to enter into contracts in excess of specified <br />amounts only upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying <br />the authorized amount. <br /> <br />Is hereby amended to read as foilows: <br /> <br />Section 1.
