That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public Works, and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contracts as set forth above in amounts not to exceed the specified amounts without further action from Council; and to enter into contracts in excess of specified amounts only upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying the authorized amount. Is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1.
