'BDACED ON 1ST READING & REFERRED TO THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE 1216104. PLACED ON 2ND READING 12120104. ORDINANCE NO 102-04 BY: Corrigan~ Demro, Dever, Dunn, FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. AN ORDINANCE exempting the Regional Traosit Authority ITom the prohibitions of Section 90118 of the Streets aod Public Service Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood in order to permit the placement and/or construction of a glass shelter southbound, nearside on W. I 17th at Madison WHEREAS, this Ordinance shall take immediate effect upon adoption aod approval of the Mayor in order to expedite the process for installing a convenient glass bus shelter for the citizens of the community. Section L That the Council ofthe City of Lakewood hereby exempts the Regional Traosit Authority ITom the prohibitions of Section 901.18 of the Streets aod Public SerVice Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood in order to allow for the construction and/or placement of a glass shelter southbound, nearside on W I 17th at Madison. Section 2. It is found aod detennined that all fonnal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council an any of its connnittees that resulted in such fannal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 3.
