ORDINANCE NO, 14-04 <br /> <br />BY: , Dem~o, Dever, Dunn, <br /> FitzGerald, F~dlgan, Seetie. <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to authorizing the transfer of certain funds, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five members elected thereto determines. <br />that this ordi6ance is an emergency measure, and.that this ordinance shall take effect <br />at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE ]iii, SECTIONS 10 and 13 of the <br />SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE C1TY OF LAKEWOQD, and that it is necessary to <br />provide for the usual daily operation of the City in that the City must appropriate and <br />record all finandal transactions within the appropriate fiscal period. NOW therefore, <br /> <br />BE FI' ORDAINED BY THE C1TY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1.
