Placed on <br />2nd reading 12/6/04.) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 14-04A <br /> <br />BY: Corrigan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance 14-04, adopted March 1, 2004, for the purpose of <br />adjusting transfers initiaiiy estabiished in the fiscal year appropriations. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to amend Ordinance 14-04, adopted March 1, 2004, for <br />the purpose of adjusting transfers of certain funds initiaiiy authorized by that ordinance, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five members eiected thereto determines <br />that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall take effect <br />at the earliest date possibie as set forth in ARTICLE III, SECTIONS 10 and 13 of the <br />SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CTIY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to <br />provide for the usual daily operation of the City in that the City must appropriate and <br />record all financial transactions within the appropriate fiscai period. Now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTIY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 14-04, adopted MaKh 1, 2004, currentiy reading as <br />follows: <br />Section 2.
