ORDINANCE NO. 25-04 BY: Corrigan, Demro, Darer, Dunn, <br /> FitzGerald, Madi§an, Seelie. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing rates for each two-week session of the Help 2 <br />Others (H20) Summer Camp~ a program of the Lakewood Department of Human <br />Services/Division of Youth, e~l~ve June 1, 200~. <br /> <br /> WNER~S, the current two-week Summer Camp session fee is $35.00, a,d <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the cost to operate the H20 Summer Camp has increased and a fee <br />increase is necessary to maintain the program, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the number of summer camp participants grew from 150 per year <br />from 1994-2000 to 170 per year from 2001-2003 necessitating the addition of two 2 <br />counselors, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the H20 Summer Camp is a program only for Lakewood residents. <br /> Now therefore, <br /> <br /> BE tT ORDAINED BY THE CiTY OF LAKEWOOD, ST'ATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fee for participation in a two-week H20 summer camp <br />session operated by the Department of Human Services/Division of Youth be and the <br />same are hereby established effective June 1, 2004 as foliows: <br /> <br />Lakewood Department of Human Services/Division of Youth <br /> Help t~ Others (H20) Summer Camp <br /> <br /> Two-week Session (each) $45.00 <br /> <br /> Section 2.
