Section 5. Compensation for full-time salaried employees and for Level IV part-time <br />employees provided for herein shall be paid in equal biweekly installments. Compensation for <br />part-time employees provided for herein shall be at an identified hourly rote of pay for all hours <br />worked in a particular pay period. <br /> <br /> Section 6. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council conceming and <br />relating to the passage of this Ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all <br />.such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were <br />m meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 7.. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency me~sure for the <br />reasons stated in the preamble hereof, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) <br />of its members elected to Council, this Ordinance shall take effect mhd be in force mediately upon its <br />adoption by the Council and approval by the Mayor; otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force at~er <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
