<br />(3) This subsection (b) does not prevent the imposition of available civil <br />sanctions against an organization convicted of an offense pursuant to <br />Section 501.11, either in addition to or in lieu of a fine imposed pursuant <br />to this subsection (b). <br />(ORC 2929.31) <br /> <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that aii such deliberation of the Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action were in meeting open to the public in <br />compliance with aii legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3.
