<br />(f) Costs of abatement shall be a minimum of one hundred <br />ciollars ($100.00) upon the first violation of this section, two <br />hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) on the second violation of <br />this section, and five hundred dollars ($500.00) on each <br />subsequent violation of this section. <br /> <br />(g) The declaration of a nuisanèe property, an order to <br />abate a nuisance, or. the assessment of costs by the City on a <br />property, does not affect or limit the;City's right or authority <br />to bring criminal prosecution or other; legal action against any <br />person for violation of the City's ordi0ances. <br />I <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of <br />the public peace, health, safety and welfare for the reason that <br />it is necessary in the current operation of the City and, <br />therefore, this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its <br />enactment ancl approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />.....
