AN ORDINANCE to amend Chapter 1105 - Districts Established, Maps- of the Zoning Code of the Codifieq Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code promotes the development of and protects existing residential uses found throughout the City thereby protecting property values; and WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code encourages the orderly deveiopment and retention of commercial uses in a manner consistent with the Community Vision. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CTIY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That existing Section 1105.01, Establishment of Districts, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading respectively as follows: 1105.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS (a) The City is divided into the following districts, which may be referred to by the alphanumeric designation assigned herein. Residential, Single-Family, Low Density Residential, Singie-Family, Medium Density Residential, Single-Family, High Density Residential, Lagoon Residential, Single- and Two-Family Residential, Multiple-Family, Low Density Residéntiai, Multiple-Family, High Density Commercial, Office Commercial, Retail Commercial, General Business Mixed Use Overlay District Planned Deveiopment Industrial . (b) Unless otherwise stated, all uses not specified as prohibited.
