FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE $2,300,000 WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES, SERIES 2004 Lakewood, Ohio October 4, 2004 TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio (the "City"), as defined by Revised Code Section 133..01, and in the ordinance authorizing the bonds and notes in anticipation thereof hereinafter referred to, hereby certifies in connection with your proposed- issue of bouds and notes in aÌlticipatiou thereof in the prinCipal amount of $2,300,000 for the purpose of improving the City's wastewater and stonn water collection system, as follows: 1. That the estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvements is hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. 2, That the maximum fnaturity of the bonds authorized to be issued for such improvements, calculated in accordanCe wíth Section, 133.20, Ohio Revised Code, is at forty (40) years, provided that if notes in anticipatio~ of those bonds are outstanding later than the last day of December of the fifth year following the year of issuance of the origiual notes, the period thereof in excess of five years must be deducted from the maximum maturity of those bonds 3. That the maximun1 maturity of nates issued in anticipation of said bonds is twenty (20) years from the date ofthe notes originally issued for such purpose.
