That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to notify the <br />Auditor of Cuyahoga County of the vacation of the hereinbefore described property by forwarding to him a <br />certified copy of the within ordinance together with a duly certified vacation plat. <br /> <br />Section 3.
