<br />AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 - Districts Established, Maps - of the Zoning Code of the
<br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City with
<br />respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth and described as 1341 W. Clifton Blvd., Horace Mann
<br />Middle School; 1201 Summit Avenue, Lincoln Elementary Schooi; 13701 Lake Avenue, Taft Elementary
<br />School; 13439 Clifton. Blvd., Emerson Jr. High School; 13027 Hazelwood Avenue, 13100 Detroit Avenue,
<br />12914 Detroit Avenue, 1327 Cohassett Place, 1357 Cohassett Place, 1363 Cohassett Place, 1369 Cohassett

<br />WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code promotes the development of and protects
<br />existing residential uses found throughout the City thereby protecting property values; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code encourages the orderly deveiopment and
<br />retention of commercial uses in a manner consistent with the Community VísíO/J.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of
<br />Lakewood be and the same is hereby amended by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City of
<br />Lakewood as described below to the C4 Public School District zoning classification. ./
<br />
<br />1341 W. Clifton Blvd.. Horace Mann Middle School, Currentlv zoned R2. PP# 311-20-043 - And
<br />known as being part of Sublot No. 1 in The Lakewood Reaity Company's Subdivision of part of Original
<br />Rockport Township Section No. 23 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 28 of Maps, Page 28 of
<br />Cuyahoga County Records, bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Easterly line of West
<br />Clifton Boulevard at its point of intersection with the Northerly line of said Sublot No.1; thence Easterly
<br />along said Northerly line of Sublot No.1, about 354.39 feet to the Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to
<br />William A. Bennett by deed dated May 14, 1906 and recorded in Volume 1042, Page 139 of Cuyahoga
<br />County Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of land so conveyed to William A. Bennett 90
<br />feet; thence Westeriy parallel with the Northerly line of Subiot No.1, 25 feet; thence Northeriy on a line
<br />parallel with said Westerly line of land so conveyed to William A. Bennett 40 feet; thence Westerly on a line
<br />parailel with said Northerly line of Sublot No. 1 about 329.37 feet to said Easterly line of West Clifton
<br />Boulevard; thence Northerly along said Easterly line of West Clifton Boulevard about 50 feet to the place of
<br />beginning as appears by said plat, but the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

<br />Records, and being 40 feet front on the Easteriy side of Summit Avenue, and extending back of equal width
<br />126 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
