Section 2. That contracts for supplies, services and equipment in excess of $7,500 <br />and for professional services in excess of $5,000 shall not be awarded except as approved herein <br />or further approved by Resolution of Council. <br /> <br />Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
