Section 2, That contracts for supplies, services and equipment in excess of $7,500 <br />and for pmfessionaI services in excess of $5,000 shall not be awarded except as approved herein <br />or further approved by Resolution of Council. <br /> <br /> Section3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />coneenfing and relating to the passage of th/s ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all ~uch delJberatiuns of this Counalt and of any of its committees that resulted <br />in such formal action were in meetings open to the public iff compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Section 4.
