<br />AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of
<br />Lakewood by changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City with respect to certain property as hereinafter set forth
<br />and described as 11901-11 Detroit Avenue (pP#315-13-013, 014, 016, 017, 051) known as Phase IA of Rockport
<br />Square and 12101-07 and 12201-15 Detroit Avenue (pP# 315-10-001, 002, 003) known as Phase lB of Rockport
<br />Square and 15401 Detroit Avenue (pP# 314-01-111) ànd 15425 Detroit Avenue (pP#314-01-011) and 1426 Mars
<br />Avenue (pP# 314·01-010 and 038) known as the expansion of the Main Branch of the Lakewood Public Library.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OIDO,

<br />Section 1. That Section 1105.02 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be
<br />and the same is hereby amended by-changing and revising the Zoning Map of the City from C3 Commercial, General,
<br />Business District to a PD Planned Development for the properties at 11901-11 Detroit Avenue (pP#315-13-013, 014,
<br />016,017,051) known as Phase lA of Rockport Square and 12101-07 and 12201-15 Detroit Avenue (PP# 315-10~OOl,
<br />002,003) known as Phase IBofRockport Square and the same is hereby amended by changing and revisirtg the Zoning
<br />Map of the City from C2 Commercial, Retail, Business District and R2 Single- and Two-FamilyResidential District to
<br />a PD Planned Development for the properties at 15401 Detroit Avenue (pP# 314-01-111) and 15425 Detroit Avenue
<br />(pP# 314-01-011) -and 1426 Mars Avenue (pP# 314-01-010 and 038) known as the expansion of the Main Branch of
<br />the Lakewood Public Library described as follows:

<br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 21, and
<br />bounded and described as follows: Begirming at the intersection of the Southerly line of Detroit Avenue with the
<br />Westerly line of Newman Avenue; thence Southerly along the Westerly line of Newman Avenue 121-96/100 feet;
<br />thence Westerly parallel with the southerly line ofland conveyed to William H. Dettelbach by Deed dated July 8, 1912,
<br />and recorded in Volume 1405, Page 263 of Cuyahoga County Records, about 115-73/100 feet to the Easterly line of
<br />land conveyed by William H. Dettlebach and wife to W.F. Gholson and Kate Gholson by Deed dated May 10, 1913,
<br />and recorded in Volume 1470, Page 227 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of land
<br />so conveyed to said Gholsons, about 135-96/100 feet to the Southerly line of-Detroit A venue; thence Easterly along the
<br />Southerly line o(Detroit Avenue, 116-47/100 feet to the place of beginning, and being further known as parts of
<br />Sublots Nos. 1,2, and 3 in The Mars Wagar Realty Company's proposed Subdivision of part of Original Rockport

<br />conveyed to The Greater Ashtabula Realty Company, as aforesaid; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of land so
<br />conveyed to The Greater Ashtabula Realty Company about 115.73 feet to the Southwesterly comer thereof; thence

<br />Westerly line of Hopkins Avenue, (45 feet wide), at the Northeasterly comer of a parcel ofland conveyed by Arthur F.
<br />King to the City of Lakewood, by deed dated April 15, 1926, and recorded in Volume 3344, Page 497 of Cuyahoga
<br />County Records; thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Hopkins Avenue, 182-33/100 feet to the Southerly line of
