<br />Please Substitute for Ordinance <br />7-05 (Placed on 1" reading and <br />referred to Finance Committee <br />02/07/05, placed on 20d reading <br />02/22/05) <br /> <br />COr:r:igan, Demro, Dever, Dunn, <br />fitzGerald, Madigan, See lie <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />7-05 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to authorizing the transfer of certain funds. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five members elected thereto determines <br />that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall take effect <br />at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE III, SECTIONS 10 and 13 of the <br />SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to <br />provide for the usual daily operation of the City in that the City must appropriate and <br />record all financial transactions within the appropriate fiscal period.
