Placed on second reading <br />.12/05/05) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7-05B <br /> <br />BY: Bu~ler, Dam=o, De~r, Dunn~ <br /> FitzG~rald, ~tsdigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 7-05A, adopted 3uly 18,2005, <br />authorizing the additional transfers of certain funds. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five members elected thereto determines <br />that this ordinance is an emergency measure~ and that this ordinance shall take effect <br />at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE III, SECTIONS 10 and 13 of the <br />SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, and that it is necessary to <br />provide for the usual daily operation of the City in that the City must appropriate and <br />record all financial transactions within the apprepriate fiscal period. Now therefore, <br /> <br />BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br />Section 1, That Ordinance No. 7-05,A, adopted 3uly 18, 2005, currently reac]ing as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1.
