Placed on second reading <br />12105105) <br /> <br />oRDINANCEN0: 116-05 BY: Butler, De~ro, Dever, Dunn, <br /> FitzGerald, Madig~n~ SeeIie. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY oRDINANCE to establish additional appropriations for current <br />exPeNses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal <br />year ending December 31, 2005. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish additional appropriations~to specific <br />funds budgeted in the initial appropriations f0r the fiscal year by Ordinance 6-05, an~J <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council by a vote of at least five (5) members elected thereto <br />determines that this ordinance is an emergency measure, and that this ordinance shall <br />take effect at the earliest date possible as set forth in ARTICLE Ill, SEC¥ONS 10 and <br />13 of the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWQOD, and that it <br />is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public property, health and safety, <br />and to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments in that this <br />Ordinance is necessary to complete projects planned for the year 2004.
