MCKinley Avenue east bound only <br /> <br />(c) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), a right turn against <br />a steady red signal is hereby prohibited between the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br />and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the following intersections upon <br />the posting and installation of the proper signs giving notice thereof: <br />(1) Clifton Boulevard. <br />A. Webb Road south bound only <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />313.10 PROHIBITED TURNS ON RED SIGNALS. <br /> <br />(a) Pursuant to the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(5), it is hereby <br />determined that the following intersections are used by a substantial <br />number of school children and are a hazard to such school children and, <br />therefore, a right turn against a steady red signal is hereby prohibited <br />between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday at <br />the following intersections, upon the posting and installation of the proper <br />signs giving notice thereof: <br />(1) Clifton Boulevard. <br /> <br />(5) Madison Avenue. <br />A. Bunts Road all four directions <br />B. Belle Avenue all four directions <br />C. Woodward Avenue all four directions <br />D. Atkins/Winton all four directions <br />E.
