That the Mayor (Director of Public Safety), the Director of Public <br />Works, and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />contracts as set forth above in amounts not to exceed the specified amounts without <br />further action from Council; and to enter into contracts in excess of specified amounts <br />only upon consent of Council evidenced by adoption of a resolution specifying the <br />authorized amount. <br /> <br />Section 3. It is found and determined that al formal' actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an <br />open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any <br />of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the <br />public in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Section 4.
