<br />sub-section by any applicant that would allow and provide <br />for the issuance of a demolition permit or a removal <br />permit by the Commissioner. <br /> <br />(c) Demolition or Removal Delav Period. The time period before a <br />demolition or removal permit can be issued in an RIH, RIM, RIL, R2, L, MH <br />and ML is provided in order to permit the City, public agencies, civic groups <br />and other interested parties a reasonable opportunity to study, comment and <br />propose potential alternatives or modifications to the proposed new principal <br />structure. During such time period, if the City and other interested parties <br />deem preservation appropriate, the applicant shall undertake meaningful and <br />çontinuing discussions with the City and other interested parties for the <br />purpose of preserving such' principai structure. <br /> <br />(d) A demolition or removal permit shall comply with the regulations set forth <br />within this Chapter and those In Section 1171.03. <br /> <br />(e) Fees. A review and recording fee, established pursuant to Section 1173.06, <br />shall be included with the application. <br /> <br />Section 8. That existing Section 1153.02 -' Fence Regulations - of the Codified <br />Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, which now reads as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) On a corner lot, no fence, or living fence greater than thirty-six (36) <br />Inches above grade, shall be erected or placed on the side lot line <br />adjacent to the side street and .extending from the rear property iine to <br />the front building line or part thereof, except upon a determination by <br />the CommisSioner that such fence or living fence does not obstruct the <br />view of vehicle or pedestrian traffic, or constitute a hazard. <br /> <br />(C) <br />(d) <br /> <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br />(6) The Architectural Board of Review (ABR) is hereby authorized to <br />grant variances to this subsection (d) . . . <br />A. <br />B. <br /> <br />(e) <br />(t) <br />(g) Barbed wire fences: <br />(1) <br />(2) <br /> <br />(h) <br />(i) <br />ü) <br />(k) <br /> <br />shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) On a corner lot, no fence, or living fence greater than thirty-six (36) <br />inches above grade; shall be erected or placed on the side lot line <br />adjacent to the side street and extending from the rear property line to <br />the front building line or part thereof, except upon a determination by <br />the Commissioner that such fence or living fence does not obstruct the <br />view of vehicle or pedestrian traffic, or constitute a hazard.
