ORDINANCE NO: 124-05 PLACED ON iST RE~DING & REFERRED TO THE CO~ITTEE OF THE WHOLE 12/19/05. BY: SECOND READING 1/17/06. Butler~ Demro, Dever, FitzGerald, An ORDINANCE to amend Ordinance 91-95 the Zoning Code Of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood. WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code promotes the development of and protects existing residential, uses found throughout the City thereby protecting property values; and WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code encourages the orderly development and retention of commercial uses in a manner consistent with the Community Vision; and WHEREAS, the amendments to the Zoning Code encourages the orderly development and retention of commercial uses in a manner consistent with the Community V/s/on. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That existing Section 1103.01 -General Terms; Interpretation - of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, which now reads as follows: shall be and (b) ... (c) ... (d) "Charter" means the Amended Charter of the City of Lakewood;... the same is hereby amended to read as follows: (a) (b) (c) (d) "Charter" means the SECOND AMENDED CHARTER OF THE C1TY OF LAKEWOOD;. Section 2.
