shall be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Pursuant to Article III, Section 12 of the Second Amended City Charter, and <br />notwithstanding any contrary definition or provision of the Ohio Revised Code, <br />the Lakewood Sun-Post and the Cleveland Plain Dealer are each hereby. <br />determined to be a newspaper of general circulation within the City of <br />Lakewood, and the Cleveland Plain Dealer is hereby determined to also be a <br />newspaper of general circulation with Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />For the purposes of this chapter, a legal notice shall provide as much detail as <br />possible while making such notices as brief as reasonably may be <br />accomplished, reference in any such legal notice to the time, place, and <br />general subject or purpose shall be sufficient, so long as more specific detail is <br />made readily available both by referring to the specific location on the City's <br />web pages for that detail and by listing a specific telephone number at which <br />such detail can be described. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />For the purposes of this chapter, the words "posting copies thereof" mean the <br />procedure as set forth in Section 107.01. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
