<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />$309,541 HILLIARD ROAD & FRANKLIN BOULEVARD <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />Lakewood, Ohio <br />April 4, 2005 <br /> <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br /> <br />The undersigned, Fiscal Officer of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, as defined by <br />Ohio Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in counection with your proposed issue of <br />bonds in the principal amount of $309,541 fOr the purpose of improving Hilliard Road/Frank1in <br />Boulevard ftom Lakeland Avenue to Bunts Road by resurfacing and reconstructing sidewalks, <br />curbs and drive aprons as necessary, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvements is <br />hereby certified to be at least five (5) years. <br /> <br />2.
